About the position

The Dietary Aide position at Trilogy is a part-time role focused on providing quality meal service to residents in a healthcare setting. This position offers an opportunity for career growth through a Culinary Apprenticeship Program, allowing employees to gain expertise, increase earning potential, and earn college credit towards an Associate Degree. The role emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to enhancing the dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Serving meals to the residents of our health care campus
• Assisting in daily and/or scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures
• Setting up the dining room, meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
• Assisting Cooks in preparing meals
• Participating in the Culinary Apprenticeship Program to grow career skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
• Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
