About the position
The Dietary Aide position at Trilogy offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to grow within a supportive team environment. This role is part of the Fast Track Apprenticeship Program - Culinary Track, which allows employees to gain expertise, increase their earning potential, and earn college credit towards an Associate Degree, ultimately leading to certification as a Lead Cook.
Responsibilities
- Growing your career through our Culinary Apprenticeship Program
- Serving meals to the residents of our health care campus
- Assisting in daily and/or scheduled cleaning duties (to include work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors as directed, performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures)
- Setting up the dining room, as well as meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
- Assisting our Cooks in preparing meals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
- Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
