About the position

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join their clinical team at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, NV. This role focuses on providing nutritional care for pediatric patients in the PICU and NICU, developing departmental policies, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care for pediatric, PICU, and NICU inpatients.
• Develop policies and procedures for the new NICU department.
• Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays.
• Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
• Precept dietetic interns.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credentials and licensed in NV.
• 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in pediatrics and NICU preferred.
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.
