Responsibilities

  • Understand the full scope of the account's business objectives and work with the team to ensure the account meets Key Performance Actions (KPAs).
  • Manage digital strategies for clients successfully.
  • Define metrics for evaluating success and ensure continuous improvement in client campaigns.
  • Transform research into insights and compelling strategies.
  • Recommend and implement research to aid in consumer insight gathering.
  • Educate external partners on digital best practices and leverage account data to influence client investment.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams towards common goals.
  • Inspire creative thinking among team members.
  • Translate performance data into actionable improvement ideas.
  • Collaborate with media partners to understand digital performance metrics.
  • Ensure the digital execution team meets established KPIs for each client.
  • Present confidently and listen effectively during discussions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management and growth.
  • Strong Google Analytics acumen and ability to analyze performance data.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in Google Slides.
