Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication during website build and strategy development.
  • Transfer information to the development team effectively.
  • Help customers utilize best practices in digital marketing.
  • Own client strategy and communication post-launch.
  • Analyze reporting metrics to demonstrate product value to clients.
  • Perform marketing tasks including content development and Google Business Profile management.
