The Digital Account Manager at TNT Dental is a pivotal role focused on fostering strong relationships with clients to drive their growth through effective internet marketing strategies. The role involves managing a portfolio of 40 to 45 clients, developing tailored marketing plans, and collaborating with a team of specialists to implement these strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with 40 to 45 clients.
- Create, implement, measure, and manage internet marketing plans for each client.
- Focus on custom websites, organic search optimization, paid search (PPC), written and video content, and Facebook promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including search specialists, writers, videographers, designers, and developers to execute marketing strategies.
- Ensure all activities align with the principle of doing what is right for the customer.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or general management position.
- Strong organizational skills and a hard-working attitude.
- Ability to be accountable for decisions and actions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in digital marketing or account management.
