About the position

The Digital Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role within the Wealth Management Marketing Team, focusing on driving Retail Insurance acquisitions through effective digital marketing strategies. This position involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns across various paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong data-driven approach to enhance digital performance and achieve business results.

Responsibilities

  • Aid the development of annual marketing roadmap for Insurance inclusive of tactical priorities and target forecasts in support of the business goals
  • Assist the development, implementation, review and revision of fiscal year work plan
  • Review progress to plans and develop actions necessary to correct internal and external issues
  • Provide support for campaigns including budgeting, target setting, and messaging as part of integrated campaigns
  • Lead campaign and performance measurement, continuously optimizing existing campaigns and developing new programs
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns for search, social, display, and owned channels
  • Maintain all channels according to industry standards and best practices
  • Support senior level and executive discussions regarding data on performance of campaigns
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of communications including business objectives, timeline & budget management, asset list development, and approvals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in digital acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
  • Technical proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Marketing Platforms, Meta, Reddit, X, Linkedin)
  • Experience developing digital creatives and campaign landing pages
  • Experience coordinating the development and distribution of marketing/communication initiatives
  • Ability to handle large volumes and exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Client and Audience management solutions including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Adobe DMP and Media Mix Modelling tools
