About the position

The Digital Acquisition Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role that plays a critical part in the development and enhancement of processes and workflows within the digital marketing function. This position requires an in-depth understanding of how various areas integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the overall objectives of the business. The analyst will evaluate moderately complex issues that have substantial potential impacts, necessitating a careful approach to decision-making that involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations. This role demands strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from multiple sources, ensuring that the best decisions are made based on data-driven insights. In this role, the Digital Acquisition Sr Analyst will execute campaign management across existing programs as assigned by the manager. They will project manage assigned campaigns, tracking data to assist in acquisition forecasting and performance reporting. Collaboration with team members is essential to achieve campaign and business goals. The analyst will also optimize creative messaging and acquisition landing pages to drive business results aligned with key performance indicators. Quality assurance is a critical component of this role, as the analyst will oversee the QA process for ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks both pre and post-launch, ensuring compliance with business audit requirements. Staying abreast of industry trends is vital for developing ongoing subject matter expertise in digital acquisition, online media, and marketing. The analyst must assess risks when making business decisions, demonstrating a commitment to the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and business practices, as well as managing and reporting control issues transparently.

Responsibilities

  • Executes campaign management across existing programs as assigned by the manager.
  • Project manages assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Works collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign and business goals.
  • Optimizes creative messaging and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators.
  • Oversees quality assurance (QA) in ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks pre and post-launch, providing data to ensure QA record retention as per the process manual for business audits.
  • Utilizes reporting to ensure key performance indicators are efficiently met month over month.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in digital acquisition, online media, and marketing.
  • Assesses risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing and/or social media campaigns for a large global organization.
  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
