The analyst will work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign and business goals, optimizing creative content, messaging, and acquisition landing pages to drive results tied to key performance indicators. Quality assurance is also a critical component of this role, as the analyst will oversee the QA process for ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks, ensuring compliance with business audit requirements. The position requires staying updated on industry trends to develop ongoing expertise in digital acquisition and online marketing. The analyst must also assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets. This role is pivotal in influencing the performance of the team and the overall success of the marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Executes campaign management across existing programs, as assigned by the manager.
  • Project manages assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and performance reporting for campaigns.
  • Works collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign and business goals.
  • Optimizes creative, messaging, and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators.
  • Oversees Quality Assurance (QA) in ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks pre and post-launch, providing data to ensure QA record retention as per the process manual for business audits.
  • Utilizes reporting to ensure key performance indicators are efficiently met month over month.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space.
  • Assesses risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing and/or social media campaigns for a large global organization.
  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
