About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Commercial Banking/Corporate & Investment Banking (CB/CIB) Digital Activation Strategy Team. This team is a vital part of the broader CB/CIB Digital Client Lifecycle Management organization, focusing on developing, implementing, and tracking strategies that enhance the adoption and engagement of digital solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams across CB/CIB Digital, the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team, and beyond to drive the development, launch, and adoption of top-tier products and services for both clients and employees. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing content related to strategy creation, customer experience, data analytics, market research, and digital product management. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify barriers to digital activation and promote paths to digitization of service cases through training and product recommendations. The ultimate goal is to increase digital enrollment and activation levels for high-priority products and populations. You will also identify opportunities for new digital activation initiatives and exercise independent judgment to support strategy engagements across various teams, gaining expertise in digital initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, as well as the ability to synthesize complex topics into cohesive narratives for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, a sense of urgency, and a keen interest in digital financial technologies. Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze content for strategy creation, customer experience, data/analytics, market research, or digital product management.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify blockers to digital activation.
  • Identify drivers of service call volumes and promote paths to digitization of service cases through training and product recommendations.
  • Increase digital enrollment and activation levels for high-priority products and populations.
  • Collaborate with teams within the CB/CIB Digital environment and the larger enterprise.
  • Identify opportunities for new CB/CIB Digital Activation initiatives, including digital business plans and programs.
  • Exercise independent judgment to support strategy engagements across CB/CIB Digital teams.
  • Develop expertise in digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management, digital strategy, or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience at a strategy consulting firm or in digital/corporate strategy within Financial Services, FinTech, or Big Tech.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics and perform independent quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of and interest in digital financial technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
