Cumulus Media, a leading audio-first media company, is seeking a full-time, remote Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join its Digital Ad Ops team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for the Cumulus Podcast Network, which is part of a larger strategy to deliver premium audio content to a vast audience. The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for accurately creating, trafficking, and updating digital ad campaigns, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Ad Ops, this position will also involve supporting the team with campaign optimizations, reporting, and regular maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a customer-centric approach, and a strong desire to learn and improve in the field of Digital Ad Operations. In this role, the Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will create, traffic, and manage podcast or streaming campaigns sold by the Cumulus Podcast Network. They will drive best-in-class customer service for both internal and external customers, supporting Account Managers in managing campaigns based on sellers. The Coordinator will be proactive in campaign setup, tag management, and creative updates, contributing positively to the team’s objectives. Collaboration with diverse teams across the company will be essential to achieve strategic digital operations goals. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide support for the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements of the Podcast Ad Ops team, efficiently managing multiple projects while maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
