About the position

The Digital/Ads Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating customer acquisition. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies across various digital channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive progress on overall creative journey to revamp ads Growth Journey program in partnership with PMMS.
  • Provide strategic thinking and consulting to the team on briefs, creative, and execution.
  • Coordinate key meetings and insights across the larger program.
  • Support all coordination of meetings and deliverables needed for launches and creative optimizations for Ads Growth Journey Campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, or 3+ years of experience with Ads and 3+ years of growth marketing (including email marketing, mobile app notifications, etc).
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in scaled engagement and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience owning scaled email journeys.
  • Experience with managing and selling Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex digital media concepts into clear, digestible language for key stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with revenue generation strategies.
