About the position

The Digital Advertising Assistant will support the Amazon Advertising Sales team at Dealer eProcess, a leading provider of digital automotive solutions. This role involves assisting with the generation and management of creative assets, preparing campaign recaps and reports, and collaborating with the marketing team on various initiatives. The position is open to remote work or in-office work in Chicago or Phoenix, and is targeted at US applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Ensure creative assets are generated for clients and properly uploaded into the order management system.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly campaign recaps to clients.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of Amazon attribution reporting.
• Conduct internal and client-facing reporting.
• Help develop internal documentation (ad specs, OEM requirements, etc.) and external studies (client case studies, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on email and other web-based marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years working in digital media for an ad agency, media vendor, or similar organization.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising practices and how digital ad campaigns work.
• Excellent command of Excel.
