About the position

The Digital Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for mapping out and executing the optimization strategy for T+L Co.'s digital products. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to ensure effective reporting and performance measurement, supporting business case development for new digital projects, and managing ongoing improvements to digital tools. The position aims to enhance online reservations, sales, and profit through data-driven insights and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Map out and execute the optimization strategy for T+L Co. digital products.
  • Work closely with internal teams including CRM, Application Performance, Product Management, and Consumer Insights to ensure proper reporting and alerts are set up to measure performance.
  • Support business case development for new digital capital projects.
  • Collaborate with analytics to track and validate optimization decisions and ongoing improvements.
  • Manage and drive improvements to tools such as FullStory, Firebase, and AppDynamics, focusing on conversion and engagement optimization.
  • Understand and optimize conversion paths to increase online reservations, sales, and profit.
  • Report on the quality, UI performance, and application health.
  • Advocate for websites by highlighting product performance and missed opportunities to the organization.
  • Influence product enhancements in collaboration with the Digital Product team.
  • Ensure new features align with cross-channel campaigns for logical site experiences.
  • Define relevant AB tests to maximize consumer experience and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to assess campaign impacts on products.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of Digital Product Analytics experience creating and executing strategic planning.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, and Firebase.
  • Strong knowledge of web design, usability, and user testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum application development.
  • Demonstrated presentation, verbal, and written skills with strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record of driving change and implementing process improvement.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
