About the position

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager at ESS Inc. is responsible for creating and executing impactful digital marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand presence and engage key audiences. This role involves collaboration with PR agencies, content creation, managing social media campaigns, and optimizing the company website for SEO. The manager will also oversee the production of sales collateral and lead-generating digital campaigns, contributing to the company's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute organic and paid social media campaigns in partnership with PR agency and communications director.
• Manage and create timely, relevant content for digital channels including visual assets, blogs, and syndicated content campaigns.
• Oversee quarterly updates to company sales collateral including product data sheets and company profiles.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Sales to create and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Manage and optimize the company website for SEO and support the execution of company events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Energy, Environmental Policy, Sustainability or related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing and communications experience with a proven track record of results.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Photography and videography skills and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
