About the position

The Digital and Influencer Marketing Specialist at AEG Worldwide is responsible for managing digital influencer and ambassador programs, as well as supporting local market digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on building partnerships with influencers that align with the LA Kings brand, managing digital ad copy and creative requests, and reporting on campaign performance to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the LA Kings Ambassador Program, including planning, executing, tracking, and reporting the effectiveness and success of the program.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure proper selection of program participants and build out perks and deliverables.
  • Manage influencer partnerships by researching and identifying influencers who align with the LA Kings brand and target audience.
  • Utilize tracking and reporting data via Emplify and other platforms to optimize influencer campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead and support Gameday Influencer and Celebrity responsibilities for home games, including coordination of influencer activities and social media engagement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital ads by leading copy development and submitting creative requests.
  • Develop post-game recaps using internal BI data and agency data, focusing on key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure alignment between campaign efforts and broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance leading up to games, tracking overall performance, revenue attribution, and site traffic.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or English focus preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms, trafficking, and performance reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of influencer trends, social media platforms, and content creation.

  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the LA Kings brand and hockey culture is a plus.

Benefits
