About the position

Collateral Finance Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Print Marketing Specialist to support its marketing activities. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid and organic search campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive paid and organic media strategies.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and develop keyword lists that drive targeted traffic.
  • Craft compelling ad copy that engages and converts audiences while adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to design and manage a range of print-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and ad extensions to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports to business stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with A-Mark's SEO team to ensure alignment between paid search and organic search efforts.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with business teams, addressing questions, concerns, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Formulate weekly reports, and present findings, adjustments, and advice to the leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee tagging, pixel placements, and the overarching tracking strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with experience in paid search marketing strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads, including certifications (Google Ads Certification is a plus).
  • Proven SEO experience and understanding of best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in graphic design - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with page layout, brochures, flyers, tradeshow presentations, print advertising.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
