About the position

The Digital and Social Media Manager at Brand Brilliance 365 Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence across various social media platforms and digital channels. This role involves collaboration with marketing teams to promote products and services, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Build and maintain a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate with media and sales teams to improve marketing results.
  • Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend ROI.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Use advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and tools, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field from an accredited university required.
  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience managing and developing content for social media.
  • Experience with digital ad buys.
  • Brand development experience.
  • Strategic thinker.
