In this position, the manager will be tasked with enhancing the firm's website strategy, ensuring content updates are made to the back-end CMS, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and navigation. The role also involves developing and managing the firm's content strategy, maintaining a weekly content calendar, and ensuring that all content aligns with the firm's brand standards. The manager will focus on social media strategy, primarily on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, and will analyze data to optimize engagement and reach. Additionally, the Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the firm's photography needs, manage public-facing advertising programs, and collaborate with video production companies to create engaging video content. The role requires a proactive approach to staying informed about competitors and industry trends, ensuring that the firm remains competitive in its marketing efforts. The manager will communicate project timelines and status updates to the marketing department and senior leaders, ensuring alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
