As a Digital Application/Solution Engineer, you will work closely with Keysight's Field Sales team and customers to understand measurement challenges and propose solutions using Keysight hardware and software. This role involves delivering technical expertise for solution implementation based on Keysight products and services, focusing on various phases of the sales process including customer requirements analysis, feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation. You will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, acting as the customer voice to influence future product design, and integrating Keysight products and services into customer environments. Additionally, you will prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products, applications, and solutions, ensuring that products function per specifications. This position is focused on Keysight's digital solutions for applications and technologies such as PCI Express, CXL, USB3, USB4, Datacom standards, DDR memory, and various measurement technologies. You will also have opportunities to present technical seminars and demonstrations, conveying your application expertise along with insights from Keysight products. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role, as well as delivering customer training classes and consulting related to our applications.
