About the position

The Digital Asset Management Assistant position is a part-time role within the Marketing & Communications department, primarily focused on assisting the Executive Assistant to the Vice President. The role involves managing and organizing digital photography assets using the Net-X software, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of these assets across various marketing services and departments on campus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize incoming digital assets from on-site and freelance photographers.
  • Tag digital image assets with required attribute information.
  • Create collections for distribution among marketing services and departments across campus.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
