Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Digital Asset Manager to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for working independently to manage marketing content and digital assets through their lifecycle within our internal systems, including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP) system, while also collaborating with other Digital Marketing team members to ensure that our Web Content Management System (CMS) is operating efficiently. This role works closely with IT and the Web Development team to optimize these systems in addition to completing any quality assurance testing to ensure that applications meet all agreed-upon acceptance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accuracy and completeness of digital content in both the DAM and CMP.
  • Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for questions and issues related to the systems.
  • Help build and maintain workflows that ensure speed, transparency, and sensible prioritization of concurrent projects.
  • Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of the DAM taxonomy and metadata requirements for existing and new digital assets.
  • Partner with IT and the Web Development team to publish content and assets efficiently.
  • Conduct new user training, field questions from and interface with DAM and CMP stakeholders, and create and maintain resource guide and supporting documentation.
  • Test and support system upgrades and product enhancements while ensuring that quality is maintained and that the applications meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Advocate for quality and process improvement to ensure solutions do not compromise quality.
  • Represent the Marketing Department as its Record Administrator and help enforce the company's document retention policy.
  • Train, mentor, and support to other Digital Marketing team members as needed.
  • Oversee updates & enforce compliance with our Digital Rights Management (DRM) settings.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Library/Information Science, or relevant field.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in content and digital asset management.
  • Understanding of taxonomy best practices and procedures, controlled vocabulary, and metadata development.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.
  • 5 years of previous related experience.
