This position is focused on creating, implementing, and overseeing the design and implementation of tokenized assets across various asset classes, which will enable fractional ownership, enhance liquidity, and introduce new investment utilities and opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with the Head of Tokenization Platform Strategy and partnerships with investment, risk, and data science teams to evaluate and articulate product design, token economics, and the benefits and use cases for tokenizing assets. The goal is to effectively position these products across a range of client segments and trading platforms. In terms of product strategy, the manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for tokenized assets, identifying target markets, diverse use cases, and competitive positioning. This includes leading the conception, design, and deployment of tokenized assets across various investment solutions and digital asset trading platforms, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential to establish the necessary infrastructure for investment, valuation, trading, and custody of tokenized assets. The manager will also ensure that all tokenized asset designs comply with applicable laws and regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams to identify potential risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Performance tracking will be a key responsibility, as the manager will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of tokenization initiatives and leverage performance data for continuous improvement. Additionally, the role includes educational outreach, collaborating with various teams to conduct sessions that enhance understanding of tokenization concepts and models.
