The Digital Assets Product Manager at DTCC plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and launching a suite of products within the Digital Assets domain. This position requires a blend of business analysis and communication skills to effectively develop business requirements that can be ratified by both internal and external partners. The Product Manager must be adept at articulating the business value of the products and the specific functionalities they offer to the market. This role involves leading multiple internal partner meetings and representing the company in various industry forums focused on projects and new initiatives. Additionally, the Product Manager will support the product management lead in facilitating external working groups composed of major industry participants, which will help advise on requirements and design options. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technology, sales, and marketing teams to deliver new capabilities and enhancements, while also developing and implementing strategies to build community around new product and service offerings. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications and managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Monitoring market trends and competition will be essential to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy. Ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements is also a key responsibility. The Product Manager will oversee the achievement of project deliverables, coordinating efforts across various functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality frameworks. This includes monitoring project budgets for specific initiatives, identifying potential risks to project objectives, and escalating issues to appropriate management. Furthermore, the role involves assisting in product training efforts for all touchpoints to both internal and external customers, which includes creating documentation, publications, e-training tools, and FAQs.
