About the position

The Digital Associate Account Executive at Orchestra will support a growing roster of clients by leading projects in digital strategy and marketing, particularly in social media and email programs. This role involves producing and editing digital content, providing insights to clients, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital engagement. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week in New York or Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support of client deliverables
  • Create metric reporting back to clients on social media and email campaigns
  • Work across account teams to implement digital engagement best practices
  • Conduct audits and produce reports analyzing clients' online work
  • Propose creative strategies to help clients achieve their goals
  • Produce content for social and email campaigns, including writing and visual direction

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting creative digital communications and campaigns
  • At least one year of full-time or internship experience in a client-facing role
  • A creative eye for identifying compelling content
  • A keen understanding of communications metrics and their impacts
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Reliable self-organization systems and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to be a team player
