About the position

The Digital Assurance & Transparency Manager at PwC is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of Oracle controls auditing and consulting initiatives. This role involves supervising and coaching team members, managing client service accounts, and driving project workstreams. The manager will independently solve complex problems, identify new service opportunities, and facilitate security and risk management design workshops with clients, all while ensuring compliance with control design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of Oracle controls auditing and consulting initiatives
• Supervise and coach team members, encouraging skill development
• Manage client service accounts and project workstreams
• Independently resolve complex challenges to produce top-quality deliverables
• Identify new service opportunities and manage SDLC for Oracle Cloud implementations
• Facilitate security and risk management design workshops with clients
• Foster enduring client relationships
• Maintain compliance with control design standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 4 years of Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing experience
