As a Digital Product Manager at First Bank, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the bank's mission to become the preferred banking choice for families and businesses in the markets we serve. This position requires a close partnership with technology and business division teams to develop and implement a best-in-class digital product suite that meets the diverse needs of our clients. You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of product features and components, guiding them through Discovery, Design, Development, and ultimately Launch. A successful product will be rooted in understanding customer needs and expectations, which will be achieved by building strong relationships with both internal and external partners, analyzing product data, and creating a comprehensive product strategy. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize product performance. In this role, you will engage with multiple frontline employees and customers to gain insights into their needs and expectations. You will lead the implementation and integration of third-party technology platforms, ensuring that partnerships are effective and that the bank is aware of all digital product and service offerings. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology and development teams to create new digital banking solutions, establishing a clear product vision, and executing on a product strategy and roadmap with defined timelines and deliverables. You will prioritize the development of product features, manage the product backlog, and develop user stories that translate into actionable tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a testing agenda to enhance products, utilizing statistical models to ensure that results are significant for stakeholders. Collaborating with the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will establish appropriate reporting for product performance management. You will also review product pricing and fees regularly, presenting business cases for any recommended changes and executing approved modifications. As the subject matter expert on your assigned product family, you will need to stay informed about product details, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and associated risks.
