About the position

TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Digital Business Analyst Interns for our Summer 2025 intern program based in Seattle, WA. This paid full-time internship will last from June through August 2025, with the potential for transition into a full-time role upon graduation. Interns will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and technologists to support various consulting and project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting, Project Management Office (PMO), and delivery teams to deliver quality products to clients.
• Gather and analyze data for project deliverables.
• Organize project documents, plans, and timelines.
• Research new technologies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and other specifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Honest, fun, hard-working, and ready to learn and grow.
