About the position

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and documentation skills, a solid understanding of business processes and mapping, and knowledge of data management. The role involves developing and delivering requirements as well as test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Create test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document business processes and mapping.
• Manage data effectively within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of business processes and mapping.
• Knowledge of data management.
