About the position

The Digital Business and Marketing Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for leading digital marketing and sales efforts across various brands and customer segments. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve business outcomes, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders, embrace experimentation, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as digital marketing and sales owner, leading strategies and optimizing conversion performance.
  • Lead testing, personalization, optimization, and campaign planning to achieve business outcomes.
  • Define and meet digital channel strategy objectives and ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business and Marketing teams to implement campaign strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide progress reports and insights to improve metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Inform product development for web/app channels and highlight differentiators to customers.
  • Champion a customer-centric digital channel approach to optimize user experience.
  • Participate in strategy review meetings with senior leaders to discuss market needs and sales opportunities.
  • Scale brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns while identifying high-potential opportunities.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on performance analytics and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, UX/design or equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, eCommerce or similar field.
  • 4-7 years of experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • 4-7 years of cross-functional project management experience.
  • 4-7 years of Internet B2C commerce experience responsible for site merchandising.
  • 4-7 years of direct experience working in wireless or other e-commerce.

  • Ability to empathize with customer needs and experience products from a customer-centric perspective.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing analysis techniques and best practices.
  • Financial analysis and problem-solving skills to extract business insights from data.
  • Proficiency in visual and technology tools for storytelling (e.g., social media, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for different audiences.
