About the position

The Digital Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in uncovering revenue opportunities and coordinating the design, implementation, and deployment of new programs aimed at driving digital sales growth. This position requires collaboration with both regional and global team members to take ownership of the design and implementation of revenue-generating programs, ultimately assisting in achieving revenue targets associated with these initiatives. The manager will be responsible for reviewing the end-to-end web and on-device application environments, optimizing them for revenue growth, process improvements, and enhancing customer experience. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Digital Business Development Manager will possess a strong understanding of web analytics and digital customer journeys. They will work closely with global and market-level organizations to define revenue-generating opportunities, as well as strategize and time the deployment of these initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves developing business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. The manager will also support regional operations business plans to meet targets, budgets, cost plans, and customer experience objectives. The scope of this role encompasses all worldwide markets, including both consumer and commercial support segments for the products and services offered. The manager will be tasked with managing relationships across the ecosystem and providing executive updates to key stakeholders regarding the status of global projects and deployments. This position is essential for driving the company's digital sales strategy and ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover revenue opportunities and coordinate the design, implementation, and deployment of new programs for digital sales growth.
  • Review end-to-end web and on-device application environments to optimize for revenue growth and customer experience.
  • Work with global and market-level organizations to define revenue-generating opportunities and deployment strategies.
  • Develop business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.
  • Support regional operations business plans to meet targets, budgets, and customer experience objectives.
  • Identify inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners.
  • Manage relationships across the ecosystem and provide executive updates to key stakeholders regarding global project statuses.

Requirements

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7+ years in project management roles or similar positions.
  • Ecommerce/digital sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present to Senior Management.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, analysis, communication, scheduling, and presentation.
  • Experience in managing people and business relationships, with knowledge in organizational design and planning.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage individual and team productivity.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ability to design and interpret reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions.
  • Highly developed program management and change management skills.
  • Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results and handle unique situations in tight time frames.
  • Digital marketing or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Omniture/Google Analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in web or mobile application sales and conversion programs.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies in digital environments.
