About the position

The Digital Campaign and Product Manager at Lee Enterprises Inc will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate tracking and data-driven decision-making through troubleshooting Google Tag Manager issues, while also managing product workflows to guarantee seamless delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights for optimization.
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify trends and uncover new opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical performance indicators and campaign achievements.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Tag Manager containers, including tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Diagnose and resolve Google Tag Manager issues to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Maintain precise tracking of user interactions and conversion events.
  • Manage product workflows through select partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Coordinate with partners to streamline processes and address any issues that may arise during the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance and make adjustments to workflows as necessary to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and troubleshooting tracking issues.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
