As the Digital Card Product Manager at FIS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and product roadmap for our client and cardholder facing applications. This position is part of FIS's Card Product team, which is integral to our newly formed Product Organization focused on driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams within FIS to deliver best-in-class solutions for our Debit, Credit, ATM, and Software clients. This high-growth area is responsible for providing strategic market insights, including competitive analysis and customer feedback, to support our long-term strategic plan and ensure effective product execution and partnerships. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing a platform-based approach to maintain our competitive edge in the market, both in the US and globally. In this role, you will lead the development of all Client and Cardholder platform solutions across Debit and Credit. You will demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision for the evolving digital-first experience, identifying competitive opportunities, and creating unique product propositions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting the product roadmap, overseeing the successful deployment of key initiatives, and identifying risks, challenges, and growth strategies. You will also drive the overall revenue and profitability of digital solutions while managing vendor and internal relationships crucial to product delivery. Building strong partnerships will be essential to accelerate our broader digital agenda. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the banking and fintech landscape, particularly in consumer and commercial card experiences. Your experience should encompass at least 10 years in the industry, with a preference for those who have people management experience. You will be expected to possess strong client relationship management skills, focusing on understanding and addressing clients' needs while establishing credibility and building positive professional relationships. Additionally, the ability to travel as needed will be a requirement of this position.
