About the position

The Digital Catering Solutions Product Manager will lead efforts to enhance customer food and beverage experiences by developing a comprehensive product catalog and streamlining processes across various teams. This role requires a strategic and experienced Product Owner to drive the vision and development of an industry-leading catering experience, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product catalog for Onboard Services including food, beverages, and assets.
  • Plan, create, manage, and organize products to support customer and operational systems.
  • Create user stories to support the product life cycle for operational teams.
  • Own the development of the product roadmap and prioritize features for development work.
  • Understand complex business processes involving vendor partners and data integration.
  • Use data analysis to solve complex business problems in partnership with the Technical Product Owner.
  • Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies to score backlog items based on impact and effort.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Product Catalog initiatives for seamless integration.
  • Define success criteria and metrics for new products/releases and perform post-implementation analysis.
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to share priorities and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests with varying timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and writing features and user stories.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Agility One (VersionOne).
  • Experience in commercial or operations functions such as Flight, Reservations, or Digital.
