About the position

The Digital Channel, Marketing Manager at AWS Marketplace will oversee the marketing strategy across various digital channels, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement throughout the buyer lifecycle. This role involves evaluating content, optimizing engagement and conversion rates, and improving discoverability through SEO and strategic content distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omni-channel marketing and a proven track record of managing multiple programs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content and optimization strategy across all digital channels.
  • Analyze performance of digital channels and identify areas of opportunity to optimize content.
  • Lead aspects of digital production from planning to publishing and optimization.
  • Serve as a digital marketing expert with a deep understanding of various platform functionalities.
  • Implement and continuously improve best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to create required assets/content.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share digital channel learnings and recommend future feature developments.
  • Track and synthesize engagement data across all digital channels, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to digital strategy.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research and metrics to back up assumptions and assess marketing efficacy
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools for email, web, analytics, and CRM for targeting and reporting
