About the position

The Digital Channel, Marketing Manager at AWS Marketplace will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across various digital channels. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through content evaluation, engagement optimization, and SEO improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omni-channel marketing, managing multiple programs, and utilizing data-driven insights to meet customer and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content and optimization strategy across all digital channels (email, blog, web, paid/organic social media, and landing pages).
  • Analyze performance of digital channels and identify areas of opportunity to optimize content.
  • Lead aspects of digital production, from planning to publishing/optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Serve as a digital marketing expert with a deep understanding of various platform functionalities.
  • Implement and continuously improve best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to create required assets/content.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share digital channel learnings and recommend future feature developments.
  • Track and synthesize engagement data across all digital channels, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to digital strategy.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research and metrics to back up assumptions and assess marketing efficacy.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools for email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce).
