About the position

The Digital Channels & Connectivity Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) at JPMorgan Chase is a Vice President role focused on driving product innovation and delivering high-quality services that meet customer needs. This position involves leading the end-to-end product life cycle, from strategy development to successful product launches, while ensuring a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Uses data to make decisions that improve customer experience, business metrics, and product adoption
  • Defines strategy to improve Identity and Access Management use cases in collaboration with Executive Director, Product
  • Drives end-to-end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation
  • Makes authentication easier to use while maintaining the security standards for existing and future features

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior product manager or higher at a fast-paced, agile organization doing individual contributor work
  • Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences
  • Experience driving 0 to 1 product development, from conception, launch, and scaled adoption
  • Ability to manage a development team and be held accountable for sprint planning and roadmap definition within their assigned domain
  • Experience using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices and product instinct to make prioritization decisions
