About the position

As a Digital Channels & Connectivity Product Manager at JP Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product innovation and delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients. This position involves managing the end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer, and developing profitable products that provide significant customer value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability in product offerings, while also guiding successful product launches and gathering crucial feedback to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositions.
  • Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of Accounts channels projects and initiatives through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation.
  • Use data to make decisions that improve customer experience, business metrics, and product adoption.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to communicate status, gain feedback, and deliver on shared goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Good knowledge of liquidity, deposits, and account services products is crucial to the role.
  • Experience using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices, and product instinct to make prioritization decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by the ability to articulate impact and tradeoffs at varying levels of altitude.

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with executive level leadership.
  • Experience building products that address the needs of multiple types of users (i.e. marketplaces, e-commerce, white-label SaaS, multi-product platforms).
  • Experience driving product in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience collaborating with other product managers across an organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy; motivated by figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
  • Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to continue raising the bar for the product organization.
