About the position

As a Product Manager in Digital Enablement Services at JPM Access, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to drive value for customers by delivering high-quality products that resonate with their needs. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will develop profitable products that provide significant customer value. Your deep understanding of product development will guide the successful launch of products, allowing you to gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. You will develop a product strategy and vision that aligns with customer needs, manage discovery efforts and market research, and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap. Your role will also involve building frameworks to track key success metrics, using data to make informed decisions, and driving end-to-end execution of the product roadmap through effective sprint planning and stakeholder management. In addition, you will develop and execute a personalization product strategy based on user data and insights, analyze user behavior to optimize personalization algorithms, and monitor the impact of these efforts on key business metrics. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in personalization will be essential to drive innovation in your role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Use data to make decisions that improve customer experience, business metrics, and product adoption.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of the roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation to deliver personalized features and experiences.
  • Develop and execute a personalization product strategy based on user data and insights in collaboration with Executive Director, Product.
  • Analyze user behavior and other user feedback to optimize personalization algorithms and models.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of personalization efforts on key business metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in personalization to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior product manager or higher at a fast-paced, agile organization with experience driving product development from conception through launch, and scaled adoption.
  • Experience with personalization strategies and techniques for curating relevant and individualized user experiences.
  • Working understanding of personalization tools, technologies, and methodologies such as machine learning, GenAI, data management platforms, recommendation systems, and user tracking and analytics tools.
  • Experience with data and data architecture in rendering personalized online user experiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices, and product instinct.
  • Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric, and intuitive experiences.
  • Ability to manage a development team and be held accountable for sprint planning and roadmap definition within their assigned domain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by the ability to articulate impact and tradeoffs at varying levels of altitude.
