About the position

The Associate Director will oversee the product management function for web and mobile digital channels, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across multiple lines of business. This role involves managing a team of product managers and business analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements and innovations in digital customer touchpoints, while adhering to accessibility standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web and mobile digital channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers and business analysts.
  • Partner with design, engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to enhance customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Ensure digital channels adhere to accessibility standards (ADA).
  • Help maintain the organization's design system for consistency across digital channels.
  • Assist in the management and improvement of the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Oversee the implementation of A/B testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction through digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure regulatory disclosures are integrated into the digital user experience.
  • Help establish and evolve a scalable digital framework for ongoing digital transformation efforts.
  • Support the development of monitoring and telemetry systems for digital platforms.
  • Manage the deployment of banners, interstitials, and onboarding helpers for customer engagement.
  • Assist in the strategy and delivery of in-app and push notifications.
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient feature releases through the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with security teams to track and manage security vulnerabilities within digital platforms.
  • Oversee testing processes to ensure a stable and quality-driven development environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in digital channels, web, or mobile applications.
  • Experience managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA), CMS, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and NPS initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of design systems and digital frameworks.
  • Familiarity with telemetry, monitoring, and security processes.
