About the position

The Digital Commerce Manager at Montway Auto Transport is responsible for overseeing the digital operations and online presence of the company's brands. This strategic role focuses on managing website performance, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring seamless online shopping experiences. The manager will collaborate with various teams to enhance the digital experience and optimize conversion rates, leveraging a data-driven approach to stay ahead of market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in progressive B2C digital commerce or e-commerce roles including manager.
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce platform, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven leader.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
