About the position

The Digital Commerce SC Integration Associate Manager will oversee the technical integration and implementation efforts for the Better Together Omni Channel Warehouse Project. This role serves as the primary liaison for the business team regarding digital commerce order integration, ensuring that all supply chain requirements are met and executed effectively. The position involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to document and align technical components with PepsiCo's regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation efforts associated with all aspects of Order Integration of our Digital Commerce Supply Chain (DCSC) within the Better Together warehouses.
  • Scope and document all business and integration requirements.
  • Collaboratively develop, outline, and communicate progress against critical paths/timelines (i.e., Gantt Charts) outlining key deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder requirements associated with this initiative.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure the design and build of order integration into the Better Together warehouse meet the Digital Commerce Supply Chain (DCSC) requirements.
  • Conduct Unit, System, and User Acceptance testing cycles for Digital Commerce Supply Chain (DCSC) Order integration and warehouse management systems.
  • Operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical, data intensive and/or strategic role, preferably with experience in Supply Chain.
  • At least 3 years of experience with technical development, integration, implementation, and enhancement.
  • Proven track record of getting results the right way.
  • Advanced understanding of technical and process workflows and their potential upstream/downstream impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style and influence audience.
  • Innovative and independent thinker with a focus on business process improvement.
  • Forward thinking with ability to remain agile in an ambiguous space.
  • Self-driven individual with a high degree of ownership and curiosity for learning & self-development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining inclusive, collaborative and a consummate team player.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or similar tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • SAP, Tableau, Vizio and Power BI experience beneficial.
