About the position

This role is responsible for the technical integration and implementation efforts for the Better Together Omni Channel Warehouse Project, focusing on digital commerce order integration. The position serves as the main liaison for the business team, ensuring that Digital Commerce Supply Chain requirements are met and executed effectively. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to document and align technical components with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation efforts for Order Integration within the Better Together warehouses.
• Scope and document all business and integration requirements.
• Develop and communicate progress against critical paths and timelines, including key deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure design and build of order integration meets Digital Commerce Supply Chain requirements.
• Conduct Unit, System, and User Acceptance testing for Digital Commerce Supply Chain Order integration and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical, data-intensive, and/or strategic role, preferably in Supply Chain.
• At least 3 years of experience with technical development, integration, implementation, and enhancement.
• Advanced understanding of technical and process workflows and their potential upstream/downstream impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style and influence audience.
• Innovative and independent thinker focused on business process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining inclusive and collaborative.
• Proven track record of getting results the right way.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or similar tools.
