About the position

As a member of Nightwing, you will play a pivotal role in our Proposal Excellence team, contributing to the success of our cybersecurity, intelligence, and services offerings. This position is centered around the planning, execution, and project management of the print production process, where you will serve as the site lead. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of printers to ensure that all print products are of high quality, cost-effective, and delivered on time. You will be responsible for preparing large projects for print using various digital printers, wide-format printers, and finishing and bindery equipment. In this role, you will regularly coordinate and manage repair deliverables to ensure timely delivery of print production, formatting, and binding. You will act as a central communication point for all internal and external customers, identifying at-risk cases and escalating complex situations to management as necessary. Your ability to confer with appropriate teams and personnel will be crucial in expediting or tracing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will support all aspects of the organization's digital team, which includes creating, producing, and maintaining online orders. As the Designated Transfer Officer, you will also be responsible for transferring data between different platforms with varying degrees of classification, and performing System Administrator activities such as user account management and anti-virus updates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts across functions to print and assemble proposals and marketing materials.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the print production process as a site lead.
  • Oversee a team of printers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely print products.
  • Prepare large projects for print using various digital and wide-format printers, as well as finishing and bindery equipment.
  • Manage repair deliverables to ensure on-time delivery of print production, formatting, and binding.
  • Serve as a central communication point with all internal and external customers.
  • Identify at-risk cases and escalate complex situations with management.
  • Confer with appropriate teams to expedite or trace customer inquiries.
  • Support the digital team by creating, producing, and maintaining online orders.
  • Transfer data between different platforms as the Designated Transfer Officer.
  • Perform System Administrator activities such as user account management and anti-virus updates.

Requirements

  • Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of applicable work experience with digital communications.
  • Hands-on experience with Ricoh Printers and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be organized and a self-starter with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
