The Digital Communications Manager at the University of California Riverside (UCR) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, creation, and management of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital communication channels. This position is situated within the Office of Marketing and Communications of the Marlan and Rosemary Bourns College of Engineering, which collaborates closely with Development, Student Affairs, Undergraduate Admissions, and Graduate Division units to foster a vibrant community of engineers committed to educational excellence. In this role, the Digital Communications Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for promoting college initiatives through effective digital strategies. The manager will lead a team of student assistants, manage content calendars, and analyze and report on college rankings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
