About The Position
As a Digital Communications Specialist at Stantec, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to enhancing employee engagement through effective digital communication strategies. Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our corporate intranet and email tracking software, ensuring that our global community has access to timely and high-quality resources. You will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing evolution of our digital function, which is essential for driving long-term business strategy and fostering a culture of communication that resonates with our employees. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Employee Communications team, as well as with Marketing, Public Relations, and technology teams, to develop and manage content across various digital channels. Your responsibilities will include producing analytics and reports to guide communication strategies, maintaining intranet usage metrics, and applying insights to improve user experience. You will also be tasked with publishing content on the intranet, managing information records, and supporting content owners in their efforts to maintain a consistent approach to communication. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of working independently and cross-functionally with all levels of seniority. You will need to stay updated on trends in digital and social media marketing, ensuring that our communication strategies are innovative and effective. This role is pivotal in driving employee engagement and ensuring that our communication efforts align with the overall goals of Stantec.
