Responsibilities

• Configure and customize web-based platform implementations for events.
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless integration of external event technologies.
• Recommend platform features and capabilities to enhance experience design.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure all digital event components function correctly.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a services organization delivering technology.
• 3+ years' experience with website development, JavaScript, CMS design, and CSS application development.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred.
• Intermediate technical skills in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript.
• Strong time management and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data management and analytics reporting.
• Familiarity with video streaming protocols (RTMP, RTSP, WebRTC).
• Basic understanding of data security, infosec, and GDPR.
