About the position

The Consumer & Digital Marketing Manager at Bellisio Foods, Inc. is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive consumer marketing programs across various media channels and consumer touchpoints. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative marketing and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, aimed at driving consumer engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive consumer engagement across all platforms and formats.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and results to help grow our brands.
  • Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and community.
  • Monitor, analyze, optimize and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with brand, sales, graphics and customer service teams as well as manage external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Champion brand voice and values across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing consumer marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
