About the position
The Digital Contact & Services Senior Associate at PwC is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and support clients in optimizing their operations. Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
- Build meaningful client connections and manage client relationships effectively.
- Lead the design and development of Contact Center AI and Technology solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle from ideation to maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies for Contact Center AI & Conversational AI to drive user engagement and business growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI consultants, data scientists, and developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Experience in managing client needs and delivering solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with conversational AI and CCaaS platforms such as Nuance, AWS Lex/Connect, and Google CCAI/Dialogflow.
- Technical product leadership experience in contact center transformation projects.
