About the position

The Digital Contact & Services Senior Associate at PwC is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and support clients in optimizing their operations. This role involves utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, fostering meaningful client relationships, and managing a team of AI consultants and data scientists to deliver innovative Contact Center AI solutions. The position requires a strong focus on client needs, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex situations while upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Build meaningful client connections and manage client relationships effectively.
• Lead the design and development of Contact Center AI and Technology solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle from ideation to maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies for Contact Center AI & Conversational AI to drive user engagement and business growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI consultants, data scientists, and developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Experience in managing client needs and delivering solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with conversational AI and CCaaS platforms such as Nuance, AWS Lex/Connect, and Google CCAI/Dialogflow.
• Technical product leadership experience in contact center transformation projects.
