About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, part of Consumer Lending. This role focuses on the ideation, implementation, support, and success of marketing platforms that facilitate the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing. The consultant will be responsible for supporting and driving the delivery of the digital container's roadmap, coordinating across various cross-functional teams to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and expansion of the marketing digital container roadmap.
• Develop and support the overall marketing digital container product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver capabilities.
• Engage with professionals and managers across the enterprise.
• Oversee timelines across Marketing and Digital for successful delivery and maintenance management.
• Troubleshoot technical and data issues for swift escalation and resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage across product, business, technical, and analytics teams.
• Experience in planning, management, and execution of the test process.
• Ability to understand and engage with teams at the digital technical level.
• Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive platform capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of targeted digital and marketing containers/placements.
• Proven ability to communicate capacity, impediments, and progress on commitments.
• Demonstrated experience in agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs.
